• Developed financial monitoring and reporting systems for a large Alternative Service Delivery project with the BC Provincial Government.
  
  
• A key resource in the development of financial and administrative governance for the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC.
  
  
• With new or restructured organizations, has experience in the selection and implementation of accounting systems, development of administrative policies and procedures, selection of banking services, hiring and training of staff.

• Has been responsible for the financial integrity of the province wide environmental protection programs which include the oversight of budgeting, forecasting, expenditure and revenue controls, internal policy development, contract administration and control.

• Has developed effective, in-house financial forecasting systems that provide hands on access and information to front line management staff.

• Developed the accounting, governance and reporting framework of a cross government special account involving a variety of ministries, Crown corporations and special operating agencies.
